The dough hook attaches to the planetary drive hub. The planetary action moves the hook around the bowl in a rotating path, stretching and folding the dough to develop gluten.

Hooks can strip at the attachment point, bend under heavy load, or become damaged over time.

BEM800-320 is the correct replacement for the BEM800 series. Also known as code SP0001285, replaces BEM800XL/320.

Installation Notes

Lift the mixer head to the raised position. Insert the BEM800-320 shaft up into the drive hub and turn clockwise until it locks. Lower the head and confirm the hook moves freely in the bowl. To remove, raise the head, turn anti-clockwise, and pull down.

Always confirm the hook is locked before starting.
